The energy behind Fairball, Inc. is the faith that when equal and just opportunity meets great attitudes and extra effort, great citizens are in the making. We believe that sports in complement to the faimly are a great avenue to teach these fine qualities.   Established in November, 2008, Fairball, Inc. is a non-profit organization dedicated to:

		Delivering a youth baseball development program for Zionsville boys as regulated by the organization’s by-laws, rules and regulations.
		Providing players an opportunity to learn and develop both baseball and life skills.
		Providing the necessary skills and techniques to successfully play multiple positions as their interests dictate and to give players significant, actual game time at each position learned.
		Supporting, teaching and encouraging players during training/practice sessions as well as in the midst of competition.
		Making decisions based on player and personal development rather than only on winning.  Treating players fairly with regard to positions played and playing time in proportion to the players effort and attitude.
		Teaching the important aspects of competing at a high level, both individually and as a team, with an emphasis on sportsmanship.
		Engaging players in community service activities through participation in multiple philanthropic events each year.
